①Iuquiry / お問い合わせ
初めてで不安を感じるかと思いますが、お話を伺いながらご希望に沿った内容のウェディングをご提案致します。
②Zoom call meeting / カウンセリング
I will propose few venues & plans according to your request and wish.
Proposals will go smoothly if you have the list number of people, area, budget, venues you’re interested in, photos you like, impressions of venues you’ve visited in the past, etc.
希望人数、エリア、希望予算、気になる会場、好みの写真、これまで見学に行かれた会場の感想などがあるとご提案がスムーズです。
③Reservation / ご成約
If you agree to the wedding we have proposed, we will complete the contract procedure by paying the deposit (transfer only), checking the terms and conditions, and filling out the application form.
This will be completed by exchanging emails.
Once reservation is completed, we will have detailed discussion, and Q&A session.
④Meeting / お打ち合わせ
We have online or face-to-face meetings about once a month, and are always available via email.
I will work with you to schedule and proceed according to your convenience.
You can bring your own dress, or if you would like to make arrangements, you can try them on when you come to Okinawa or choose them in advance based on photos.
お衣装は持ち込みも可能ですし、手配を希望の場合は沖縄に来た際にご試着or画像で事前に選んでいただけます。
⑤HAPPY WEDDING！
If possible, bride and groom arrive in Okinawa the day before the wedding, and have final meeting.
We will make a decision on rainy weather the day before and set the venue on the day.
Let’s have the happiest day! I will do my best to help you with all my heart.
The photos and videos taken on the day will be delivered in the form of data 1~1.5 months later.
